Xbox 360 Black Ops lag issue?

I reset the system, router, and modem and my games go good for about 10-15 mins than every game after is trash. It seems like I am lagging. Please don't answer and tell me to get better I am lvl 6 prestige. I have played alot and the first couple of rounds I get 20+ kills with about 10 deaths and than after that it almost reverses to 10 kills and 20 deaths. This is a question more for techies.

If you're a 3 time national athlete, you're doing something right. Don't mess up perfectly good form unless it's impacting your performance. If you really want to open it up, make sure to practice taking larger steps during practice and workouts so it comes more naturally while you run.

Sharp Heel pain help!!!!!!!?

I have had this mysterious sharp heel pain for a number if years now, but it only happens after sprinting and then I come to a complete stop, soon after the pain comes. It becomes difficult to walk yet alone sprint again, and I always seem to get it in my baseball games. The pain lasts for a couple of hours. I am 5'11.5 and size 13 shoe if that helps
