Any realistic dramatic manga?

I'm looking for some manga with a lot of drama but doesn't have a magical,fantasy or old history theme. I'm trying to look for a manga like Peach Girl, something with real cringe, make ya mad, frustrating drama but has smutty scenes like Ren-ai Shigo Shugi, stuff like Moe Kare but with less innocence and more drama. Suggestions? Anyone?
