Demin jacket with denim miniskirt- acceptable?

Yes, I cringe at the sound of it, too... it actually doesn't look too bad though. The jacket is obviously unbuttoned. Under it I plan to wear a black halter top. Then a slightly darker demin miniskirt with black heels... Does this sound acceptable?
