Whats a phone like Sprints evo 4g? for at&t or tmobile? big touch screen, front facing camera? 10 points!?

im looking for a phone with a big touch screen, running on android, with a front facing camera. I do not want to go to sprint because then i would need a contract. So phones for at&t, virgin mobile, and tmobile.
